What are the MCNE and PREN designations?

The Master Certified Negotiation Expert® (MCNE) and the Professional Real Estate Negotiator (PREN), awarded by The Nature of Real Estate, are based on models of the Harvard Negotiation Program and negotiation tactics of the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI).

An agent who carries these designations is trained in professional negotiation tactics. They have mastered and exercised BATNA (Best Alternative to Negotiated Agreement) and collaborative negotiation tactics, engaged with frameworks to best represent both Buyers and Sellers, have succeeded in written negotiations, and have studied the nuanced areas of negotiating across cultures and generations.

As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and Professional Real Estate Negotiator, I apply integrative negotiation strategies to protect and achieve my clients' best interests.
