What is the ASA designation?
The Accredited Senior Agent™ (ASA) designation, awarded by Pivotal Aging Innovations, Inc., was created to educate realtors in aspects of the real estate transaction that are specific to seniors. This training explores transitioning to retirement residences, creative housing solutions that meet the needs of seniors, Canadian tax laws, estates and estate planning, wills, and trusts. Unlike similar designations available to REALTORS®, the Pivotal Accredited Senior Agent™ is based on Canadian research, statistics and laws.
